A New Look for the Bellevue & Virginia Park Website

The Bellevue Community League is excited to finally reveal a new website that we hope will serve as a lively and helpful resource for Bellevue and Virginia Park neighbours and those interested in our community!

We’ve been working to bring community members more information about local events and happenings and ways to get more involved. As such, there are a few new website features that we’re eager to share. Stay tuned as we continue to add to the website in the weeks and months ahead!

Membership

The new website has more details about community league membership, including the many benefits it entails. We wanted to ease the process for community members to become members and stay informed of what is happening in their neighbourhood. Remember: membership to the Bellevue/Virginia Park  Community League is FREE! Visit the Membership page for more details.

Facility

Anybody who has hosted an event at the Bellevue Community League Hall knows that it is one of Edmonton’s best kept secret venues. Between the expansive main hall and the comfortable retro vibes of the upstairs Centennial Room, our facility is a wonderful option for your upcoming events and parties. Head to the Facility page for more details.

Programs & Events

We’re striving to bring you up-to-date information about league programming, whether they are year-round initiatives or one-off events. We’re working to add to our new event calendar, so be sure to check back regularly to see what’s happening! Visit the Programs & Events page for more.

News & Stories

With our new blog, we will still be bringing you all the latest news and updates about our community, but we also hope to use the blog to tell more stories about the people and places that make this place home, and those that have done so throughout history. Again, be sure to check back regularly for new news, updates, and stories!

Resources

Those curious about league matters past and present will be able to stay up to speed easily through the new website. In addition to meeting minutes and AGM packages, our new Resources page collects historical documents and images for the enjoyment of community members. If you have anything you’d like to add to this area, please contact communications@bellevuecommunity.ca

Community Amenities

This is one feature that we’re especially excited about! Our new website aims to be a valuable resource for residents and those interested in our community. As such, we’re aiming to profile nearby amenities available in Bellevue, Virginia Park, and the surrounding areas. Everything from schools and recreation facilities to playgrounds and green spaces will be on display! Head to the Community Amenities page to dive in!
