Representatives from Bellevue and Highlands Community Leagues met with City of Edmonton staff tonight to discuss the status of the potential partnership between the City and Paul Sadler Swimland at Eastglen Leisure Centre. It was made clear to the Bellevue representatives that no decision has been made at this time, and the conversation about a potential arrangement is still ongoing. Swimland and the City are meeting tomorrow and again early next week to discuss more flexibility for the community and many other details. City staff assured Bellevue representatives that there is still time for further, meaningful consultation. Watch this site for updates.
