There will be a special general meeting of the Bellevue Community League on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Bellevue Community Hall.
The Board of Directors has called this meeting to discuss two important items that will have a long-term effect on our community:
1) approving the audit and accepting the financial statements for the period from April 1st, 2014 through March 31st, 2015, and for the period from April 1st, 2015 through December.
Having 2 years of audited financial statements is the next step toward getting a casino for the community league.
2) approving Brian Finley to speak in support of Northlands Vision 2020 on behalf of the Bellevue Community League on or about August 31st to Edmonton City Council.
The presentation that Brian will make on behalf of the Bellevue Community at City Council would reflect the feedback that members share during the consultation held at the special general meeting.
